Why prices are not fixed
Ingredient prices can vary with vendor, district, freshness, daily deals, trading level and market events. A single observed price is not a universal database value.
Cocoa Powder
No verified storefront is public as of October 1. One player says a manager may procure it, but this remains unconfirmed and manager purchasing is currently unreliable.
Freshness
Fresh and near-expiry batches may appear at different prices. Record vendor, district, freshness, date and game build whenever submitting an observed price.
