Prerequisites
The illustrated launch walkthrough reports Day 4 Thursday, an operating Ramen Noir, several staff, at least 20 satisfied guests and one earlier conversation with Agent Teleshko, the blond agent with a red-lens headset.
Route
Meet Teleshko beside the left stairs at Ramen Noir, taxi to Lowtown, walk straight from the station to Brooke's Food Mood on the left and speak to Brooke Hazard, then return to Teleshko. Tell him Brooke already sold the licence to his brother and that it was a scam; this route awards the Cheeseburger recipe.
Permit and second venue
Return to Brooke for the Tier 1 Business Permit. Ava recommends Banor as a salaried Advisor. Reported choices are Boat Hangar in The Stacks, Sake Bar in Central Canyon, Yummy Canteen in Industrial District and Yakitori by Helix Monumental; inspect the outside touchscreen for assets and current price.
